To ensure an effective collaboration between the Customs Service and the civil society, and enhance transparency in its daily activity, the Customs Service has launched the Call Center with a single contact phone number +373 22 574 111. The Call Center receives information on corrupt behavior or abuse of authority, as well as provides public information.
People calling the Call Center of the Customs Service will have to select one of the two lines:
1. Anti-Corruption Line – receives information on corrupt behavior and other abuse of authority committed by customs officers.
The anti-corruption line can be reached 24/7. By using this service you can report any situation of conflict, corruption, fraud, including issues requiring urgent attention. The information received will be immediately sent to the management of the Customs Service in order to make appropriate decisions.
2. Information Line – receives requests for information on customs-related activities.
By calling the information line, you can receive professional and quick information and advice on border crossing rules for goods and means of transportation.
The information line can be reached during business hours, from 08.00 – 20.00. Calls will be received by a call operator. Outside the working hours and days, you can record a message and leave your name and phone number, in addition to the question you seek answer to. Operators will take all messages and will respond back to you to communicate the requested information.
When the question requires specialized information, the phone call will be immediately and automatically diverted to specialists in such fields as customs valuation, origin of goods, tariff classification, so as to give a timely response.

Request regarding the grounds of a decision made by a customs officer or the Customs Service or complaints on decisions of the customs officers or the Customs Service can be filed by means of a claim.
